Hey, hey, hey there, I'm a new skinner, just started skinning today, and I would appreciate advice.
I will try to do skins by request also, just gimme a clear image and such. If anyone like me didn't know where to go to skin, or didn't know any skin programs, I'll name a few:

• Paint.NET (program)
  
• MCSkin3D(program)
  
• Skincraft (online game on newgrounds used for skinning(I use this))
