I spoke with a top admin (co-owner) STALKER96, and he showed us arrowed the map and its a little underdeveloped but it has allot of potential. There are allot of spaces to fill and there is no better time than now to find a server to stick with and improve. Don't forget to talk with STALKER96 about tours or building opportunity's.
