Greetings fellow PMC Members,
I present to you a simple automation script for Linux, Windows & Mac OS.
What is BuildTools?
BuildTools.jar is a file presented by SpigotMC to build/create Spigot.jar that you'll use to run your server.
Prerequisites
You will need to download two applications to use BuildTools.jar. You'll need Git and Java.
You will also need to download the AutoBuilder.zip (I put this together)

Congratulations you have successfully installed the latest version of Spigot API for your MC Server!

- Windows:

- Linux (Command line in terminal)
- Debian/Ubuntu: sudo apt-get install git openjdk-7-jre-headless tar
- CentOS/RHEL: sudo dnf install git java-1.7.0-openjdk-devel tar
- Arch: pacman -S jdk8-openjdk git
- Debian/Ubuntu: sudo apt-get install git openjdk-7-jre-headless tar
- Mac:
- Git: http://sourceforge.net/projects/git-osx-installer/files/
- Java (May need updating from Apple Version): https://gist.github.com/johan/10590467
- Git: http://sourceforge.net/projects/git-osx-installer/files/
- Automation Scripts (all OS')
- Download: AutoBuilder.zip

Usage
- Windows:
- Unzip the contents for your OS
- Navigate to the Windows Folder and run "build.bat" (You might need to right click and run as admin)
- Unzip the contents for your OS
- Linux:
- Unzip the contents for your OS
- Open Terminal, navigate to the directory the AutoBuilder directory.
- Type "./build.sh" (You might need to type "sudo ./build.sh")
- Unzip the contents for your OS
- Mac
- Unzip the contents for your OS
- Open Terminal, navigate to the directory the AutoBuilder directory.
- Type "./build.sh"
- Unzip the contents for your OS
Completion
