SUPER LAG

WHAT IS THIS????

I go on a single-player or multi-player world. I leave, and join again or onto something different.
then it does this lag which makes blocks appear and disappear. When I open my inventory silverfish slide across the screen again and again.
It doesn't go away. I play on Opti-Fine, I did the RAM thing and checked my FPS and it was quite high.

PLEASE HELP ME

try not using Optifine or if you want to use optifine, turn your render distance lower! This is a bug not a lag!

If I turn off optifine it and put my render distance on 4 it doesn't lag. But then it is really slow and laggy. My FPS framerate is set to unlimeted and all of that stuff.
