HI guys

my name is The_Hello

I know how and really want to make texture pack

but i need a paint thingy or somthing like that that has

no istallation (can be online) and is very easy to use.

Well pretty much you need to download and install soething.

Here's something you can use that's free called paint.NET. *And its legal.I'm sure cuz its on the owner's website :)*

You could also use GIMP or photoshop....Look for a tutorial on youtube.There are some websites like painterlypack that have multiple textures for a texturepack but the painterlypacks can't be poste don her eunless most of them are changed from the textures chosen on the website.
