Texture problems

hey guys i need your help with something,I have been making a mod but when i go ingame my texture is not right it comes u as the block breaking image,how do i fix this if someone could please tellme it would be greatly appreciated! If u need i will show u a pic of my coding and where the image is that i want to work

Is that on all sides or just one?
Because if it is on all of them then this block that you are adding has the wrong texture.
It is configured when you give the block its hardness and all of the other stuff.
