What is the importance of a story?
The importance for other people to listen or read stories is to understand situations and points of views. Some stories have morals to them which tells children in particular what right and moral actions are. It also improves our literacy skills. For me writing stories is important because i find it fun and relaxing, to me it's escapism. Reading stories is also escapism and it helps me take in other people's opinions.
From the start of time man has only ever created stories, and many people can say it is bound in our blood. Stories create beliefs and every man wants to have a reason to be on this planet, and that is why stories have been created. Stories make us connect to one another and that is why we share them. So today I leave you with a question, what is the best story you have ever experienced? This can be something you read, watched, played, or even created.
