"There it is." said the pilot.
"It looks bigger in person." said Akashu.
"To your stations." I commanded, since we were nearing the building. Tilo started preparing her explosives as Boa took out her blades to sharpen them; Akashu stringed his bow, and the pilot readied the ship's weapons.
"Steady her out." I said
"Yes, Sir Raiku." replied the pilot, the familiar voice as distorted as ever.
"Pull up the shields!" I yelled, as I saw one of the turrets turning to face us. I heard a slight buzz, then a blue, transparent glow surrounded the ship.
"Shields are up." the pilot commented.
"Take us close, and open up the rear hatch!" demanded Tilo, obviously eager to practice her specialty. It slid open, a gust of wind rushing in, as the pilot pulled a lever. Tilo walked out onto the overhanging hatch, holding onto the handle in the hard winds as if there were no wind at all.
"They're starting to fire!" yelled Akashu.
"Calm down we have our shiel-" the words stuck in my mouth as I saw the Brimstone's turret's blasts stop at the shield then burst right through!
"They've breached the mainframe!" yelled the pilot as the blasts hit the right wing.
"We're going down!" I yelled. The blast jerked the whole ship, knocking Tilo off balance and over the edge; Boa jumped out after her.
"He's crazy!" yelled Akashu.
Stopping myself from revealing Boa's secret, I said "Sh-...He, can fend for himself."

"Grab on." said Boa.
"How in the world are we going to land without becoming scrambled eggs!" Tilo yelled back.
"Just do what I say." Boa replied sternly, talking over the wind. She took out a small glowing orange disk, and pressed a button located on the top of the gadget. "Hold on!" yelled Boa. A second or two after she pressed the button it emitted a soft Buzz. Then, a yellowish aura surrounded them. The light was so intense that I had to look away. The ship continued to spin out of control as we descended at an increasing speed.
"Jump!" yelled the pilot, as the ship crashed into one of the turrets.
"Aaaaahhhh!!!" I yelled as the pilot and I fell at least 20 feet to the roof of the building.
Standing up, the pilot screamed "Behind you!" and, just in time, for the engineer that was running one of the turrets was charging me. I let out a battle cry, and unsheathed my blade. The soldier pulled out a saber of his own, murmuring a phrase. And the blade burst into flames. He continued charging, and, when he was close enough released a slice. I weaved it, and retaliated with an underhand slice aimed at his torso. It slid right through the flesh, and he fell over dead. As I sliced, a second guard rushed the pilot, punch him him in the stomach, pushing him off his feet, and into the air. He landed next to a railing, and his helmet flew off. As the pilot stood up, I saw his face.
I was awestruck and angry at the same time. It was Sofia!
"How could you?!" I yelled at her, my angry voice changing to sadness. "I told you to stay behind!"
"How could I stay back in Patadecia, when I new my best friend was off fighting deadly enemies?"
"I don't care, I gave you an order!" I yelled as I fended off the third guard.
"I'm sorry, I couldn't accept the fact that you might not come back." she ended, tears swelling in her eyes.
"Fine." I replied, as I stabbed the brute in the chest.
"A little help he-" Sofia started to say, but she was interrupted as the fourth engineer grabbed her and dragged her inside the building.
"No!" I screamed, as a squad of troops marched out and took me prisoner.

"You fools!" spat the guard. "You thought you could storm this prison?" They had removed our weapons and chained us to a wall.
"These chains can't hold us forever!" yelled Boa; she was now in prisoner robes. Everyone was surprised to find out that she was female. Even the guards.
"Oh, but I think they will. Once you see this." sneered the guard. He pulled a lever that pulled back a curtain. It revealed Iadehn hanging from a rope over a pit that's depth you could never guess.
"No!" yelled Sofia.
"You see? If you struggle or try to break free, all I have to do is simply press this button, and your beloved leader will plummet to his doom! the guard laughed back, obviously emphasizing the last word.
We're all dead. There's no escape! How could this have happened? I thought.
