The man wasn't expecting what came next.I charged him straight!
"AAH!!" I yelled as I unsheathed my sword.
"Sofia now!" I yelled across the room. ( She was already untying Isiha.)
"Raiku look out!" she screamed back.
But I was too late. The brute smashed me in the stomach. I could barely breath, let alone stand. My blade was flung from my own hands. It hit the ground about 20 feet away. He started to run for my sword. I ran too, but he was already there. My knife! I remembered. As I yanked it out of my sleeve.
"You think you can beat me with that?" he laughed. He was mocking me!
"I can try." I grinned back.
He charged at full speed. I ducked just in time. He stumbled, and I stabbed his arm causing him to drop my sword.
A deathly scream went out.
"I do believe I can." I said still grinning.
Then with the energy he had left, he dove for Sofia and fell out window pulling her down.
"Sofia!" I yelled, my eyes were tearing.
I dove after them without thinking. Isiha ran for the authorities.
"I'm coming!" I screamed.
I went into a swan dive at break-neck speeds to catch up. The moment I was close enough, I yanked the knife out of the man's arm and stabbed it into his chest. We were only 200 feet from the ground now. Whats that? I thought.
"Water!" I whispered. "

Sofia, lean to your left!"
"Why?!"
"Just trust me!"
We made it into the water only nearly. We were going so fast when I hit bottom, I felt a sharp pain in my ankle.
The man's body made a splash than sank to the bottom.
"Raiku!" Sofia yelled coming up for air. "You saved my life!"
"Well what'd you expect me to do? Nothing?"
"I guess you're right. But I still wanna give you this." she said, kissing me.

"You two sure you are all right?" asked Isiha.
"Yeah, we're fine." I replied, smiling at Sofia.
"We wouldn't be here if it weren't for you, Raiku." said Sofia, hugging me tightly.
"Eh'r you go ma'm." said one of the officers, while handing Sofia a towel.
"Hey Isiha, can you get a medic over here? I think I broke my ankle." I said.
"Here, we can rest at my place." said Sofia. "It's closer."
And with that we headed to Sofia's apartment to recuperate.
