My first story ever, I hope you like it! I will probably also upload the first part of chapter one tomorrow.

Prologue
Steve awoke, having a bad headache. He opened his eyes, and closed them immediatly, because the light made his headache even worse. He didno t remember anything of what happened at first, but as the headache slowly vanished, he was able to think clear again and his memory slowly returned.
At first, it had been a day like every other: Steve had been in his shop till the evening, and after he had his dinner, he had watch duty at the gate of the town. It was a small town named Jebshire, in honour of the demigod Jeb. The vilage only had a small wooden pallisade wall to keep predators away from the animals, and to prevent raiders from attacking the village from all sides at once. While Steve made his way to the watchtower that was placed next to the gate, the previous watchman already climbed out of the tower. He had said that he had seen some humans in the hills, probably some raiders waiting for their moment, and Steve held his eyes on the hills and their surrounding for the next hours. Then he saw them coming out of an abandoned house that was near the hills. He had rang the alarm, and at the time the raiders reached the village, everyone was armed in leather armor with various weapons, from the butchero s knives to a wooden staff, used by the elder men. The battle begon. The raiders only used wooden cubs, which made them slow in combat, while the villagers could just run around trying to stab the raiders everywhere they could. The raiders soon discovered that the villagers were experienced fighter, because of all the previous raids, and ran away, carrying their wounded brethren with them. The women came out of the houses with bandages, and began caring for the wounded one of which was Steve, who was hit on his head by the leader of the raiders. Some men were going to the gate to see if the raiders were truly leaving or just regrouping for a more organised attack. Then, suddenly, an explosion sounded from the gate. Men screamed in agony.
Steve took his weapon, an iron sword he made himself when in the lessons he got from the smith, and then he ran to the gate. There was a giant hole in the wall, and on the ground around it he could see wounded men. He had seen a group of human-like beings unlike anything he had ever seen before. They were totally green, and had no arms and four legs. When one of the men came from the watchtower to attack on of the creepy monsters, the green thing hissed, and suddenly there was an explosion where the thing had stood. The man was thrown against a wall by the blow.
o By the name of Notch! Creepers!o one of the elders said. The so-called creepers were swarming into the village, exploding as soon as someone came near. Houses were set on fire because of the heat the explosions spread, and frighted children were running around everywhere. Then a creeper blew up near Steve, he was thrown agains the stone bricks of the towno s chapel, his head hit the stones and everything blacked out...

by that giant backstory you put on the seat of magic, im sure you have it pretty well thought out at the moment. :P
