The internet, a wonderful and exciting place. Now enough about the adult sites! The rest of the domains and websites deserve attention too, like this website. Compared to others I haven't been online for very long, I started somewhere in 2007. Since then I've noticed myself change greatly, before 2007 I at least tried to go outside and see friends, as much as I'd like to say that I still do, I don't. Most times I'd rather just stay up late then sleep for most of the following day.

While as fun as that is, it can get dull and at times, make you feel rather isolated. Yet you have such great and close friends! Online... As awesome and as lovely as they might be, most of the time you can't seem then regularly. A large portion of my online social circle isn't even in my time zone let alone my region. Which I suppose is ok, I'd rather know them like this than not at all. As I wrote that, I received a text from one of them.

With that text replied too, I'll continue. Where was I? Yes, my online friends are lovely. Not to say my IRL (In Real Life) ones aren't also awesome, most of them I've known for a long time now, I think my best friend I've known and been friends with for 12 years or something. Despite the fact we don't talk much anymore, blame college! I keep getting side tracked with this. Where was I going with it again?

Oh yes! As fabulous as the internet is, and as vast and large as it is, it can be a horrible drug. Thing. I'd struggle to go a week or so without internet access. Whereas I grew up without it. Maybe if I wasn't so addicted I might have a blooming social life... Hmm, I doubt it actually but anything is possible, I guess.

Quickly! One horrible disadvantage of the internet is the users! Some are well, scum, others aren't. You could easily go months if not a lot longer posing as something you're not. You can scam innocent people, ruin lives if you tried hard enough. As frightening as this is. I still love the freedom. I've really gone off topic with this one, bugger. Oh well, I'll post this on the internet anyway, and people won't even read into it this far. Too long! It was still fun writing this. It made me appreciate what has become of me. The all mighty nerd that I am now! Mwuahahaha!
