But in all honesty, good blog, I really do like your tips, and many people do interview people with terrible questions and barely knowing the guy. Researching them will make your interview better, and a tint of entertainment is NEVER bad.

Wow you chuckle at your own jokes? Shame on you XD
But I do the same as well, and it really helps improve the atmosphere of the blog. Depending on what you're doing, if it's a serious topic you might want to hold back on the jokes etc, but I really do enjoy reading entertaining, while still getting to the point blogs over flat, boring blogs.

im interviewing some staff member, from the server i used to build on...
they are just a kind of fun-interviews, but i heard from the audience, that its quite funny every time :D
