Some people are born Balcksmiths, Alchemists, Heroes, or just a plain Farmer or a Librarian. But none of these are the case at certain times. Every once in a while, something will happen in the code of an NPC's genes, either giving them great power, or crash their code, the latter usually resulting in death.

One day, though, the Heroes came back from a trip to the Nether that the Alchemists had sent them to. They had found what they were looking for. The Nether Gem. It was said to hold remarkable healing abilities: it could even revive the dead. But, even though good in healing abilities, it was not so in reviving. It had been created by the master entity of the Nether, Herobrine. He had formed it out of his on evil-willed mind, in case a certain Special One killed him. This gem possessed a hidden code, that corrupted anything it revived from the dead.

The Alchemists, not knowing this, used the gem on a deceased subject. The subject rose from the bed on which he sat, and looked normal, at least, for a few seconds. It looked around, and then had a sudden look of pain. His body started to grow longer, his legs and arms getting thinner, and his sin turning darker. He looked towards the Alchemist Leader, reached his hand out, laid it on his forehead. A glowing purple came from it, and started disintegrating the Leader.

Now, if they hadn't called they're Heroes to watch their hard work get completed, he wouldn't have survived. The Hero Captain drew his sword, and stabbed the monster in his back. The creature let out a roar, and let go of the Alchemist Leader's neck. It froze, skipped a few frames, and dissapeared in a blast of purple. The Hero, whom's name was Harold, lifted the Leader up.

"Sir, are you hurt?" He asked.

"What did you do to him..." The Leader replied.

   "I... I killed him, sir."

"He..." he said, raising himself to full height.

   "He was frightened."

   "Sir, he was-"

"I know what he was doing!" Screamed the Leader, cutting off Harold's reply.

Harold, although a Hero, and a Captain at that, was frightened, was afraid. The Leader had immense power, and he knew that he could kill him on the spot. So he replied calmly,

"Sir, I was protecting you. It was, and is, my duty."

The Leader stood still. He glared at Harold with fury in his eyes.

"Then," he replied, finally, "You can take your duty elsewhere. You are banished from this community, from here on, to the Outskirts. The Leader has spoken."

Harold was astonished. The Leader was the Leader of the Village, and he had the power to banish, but he was also Harold's best friend. The Leader basically raised him, after his parents had died, and trained him. He even taught him a little Alchemy. Why had this experiment and Harold's actions have caused him to be so angry? But as a Hero, and a citizen of the little Keeptown, it was his duty to follow the Leader's command. He turned to his two other comrades, and bade then farewell.

He said, "It has been a pleasure having my adventures with you, and I, with all my heart, hope we will see each other again."

But to one he said, as he embraced them, "Don't forget me."

He gave them the Heros' Salute and, with that done, marched down the hallway. As he walked down the brightly lit streets, he looked at the little town. He had grown up in this place. His parents died defending him here. The Leader raised him here, gave him a bedroom to sleep in and food to eat. He had met everyone who he loved here. And now, he would probably never see it again.

He had started around sunset, and reached the Outskirts just at daybreak. He was fatigued. He sat down on a log and ate his breakfast. While he was eating, he pulled an object fromhis satchel. It was a gift from his best friend and one of his comrades, Alex. It was a red ruby they had found together, along with  blue one. He remembered the embrace he had given her before he left. They each had a stone, his red, hers blue. it was a promise that they wouldn't forget each other, no matter what happened.

At that moment he noticed something. He was lonely. In fact, he felt like he was the lonliest person in the world. He didn't even have a pet to take along for company! He dropped to his knees, dropped his head, and thought. His thoughts were his only companion now.

As he sat there, he felt a tear drop from his face. It was the first time he had cried ever since his parents' demise. Then, he let it all go. No one was there watching him, so no shame in crying.

Then, we heard a soft, 'bloop' sound. He looked up. It was the Creature, looking straight down at him.

"Go ahead. Kill me. It's what I deserve, and it's what I want, anything so that I don't feel this lonelieness."

   "Why?"

Harold started in surprise. He stared at the Creature.

"Why," said the Creature again, "When you are so young, and have so much to live for?"

   "Have you ever been lonely?"

"Oh yes. In fact, ever since I got out of that lab and came out here I've been all alone."

"I didn't take that into consideration. But why, when I stabbed you in the back, would you want to help me like this?"

"Because, I was there when the Leader banished you. I had planned to get revenge, but as I followed you, I saw who you truly were. A kind man, with a loving heart, that only wants to help people. And then, when I saw you break down into tears, I noticed your lonlieness, and noticed that you might be the only friend I could ever have, now that I'm like this."

Harold's eyes opened wide. He looked up at the Creature. He was exactly like he was in the lab, only, he looked more tame, the main features being that he was tall, with his arms and legs slim, and glowing, piercing, and purple eyes.

"You're human mind is still here though..." Harold said softly.

"But I still can't remember what or who I was before." the Creature said.

Harold sat still for a moment, then the Creature continued,

   "I'm offering you friendship."

He stuck out his hand, which had three long, wiry fingers as well as a thumb, one of the few things, and looked at Harold.

"Shaking hands is one of the few things I do remember."

Harold stared at him for a moment, then made up his mind. He stood up, and shook the Creature's hand.

They looked at each other, laughed, and Harold said, "When you first came here, I thought you would be the end of me."

The creature laughed and said, "It's a good thing I didn't. Now, as a friend, do you mind giving me a name?"

Harold stopped, and thought for a few seconds.

"Well, I just said that I thought you would be the end of me, so what about Ender?"

"It sounds great, as long as I have a name that suits me. Now, I know of a abandoned house nearby that I thought you might be interested in. Care to follow me?"

"How did you find it when you were following me the whole time?"

"Well, I was actually just checking up on you now and then. The rest of the time I spent finding out about myself."

"Oh, well then. Well, better find that house before it gets dark."

"Yes, we should. It isn't pretty when it gets around night-time."

Punctuation errors, like the one given above, make the blog hard to enjoy. Many punctuation errors can be found in the dialouge.

Yeah, I'm not really a master at this. Thanks for the feedback. I usually don't get that.
