Today the United Colonies declares war on the marauding ways of khanaris and his pirate fleet. Khanaris threatens the UC's territory as well as that of Rova and Apimil. At this hour i call upon my allies to join in the fight..... and together We Shall Overcome......

as you may know Khanaris has his pirate fleet that is always on the move..... it will be hard to dictate his ships movement... as well sadly the location of Red Tern island is also unknown.... so be vigilant and spread the word so others can join our glorious cause.
