"The Wild Side"is a plugin which appeals to the "Hunting &Foraging" aspect of Minecraft.
This modification to Minecraft would server a variety of purposes and overall add to the entertainment and fun experienced when playing Minecraft in a Single Player or Multiplayer world.
The overall purpose of this Mod is to add more to the hunting experience. MC already has Cows, Chickens, Pigs & Sheep, but why not take it a step further with more animals & advanced hunting/foraging variables?
This plugin would basically add these overall features to improve the Minecraft hunting/foraging experience:

- Pelts cut with the wrong tools may end up destroyed or unusable
- Players may not always be able to harvest meat, bones & pelts from animals
- Animals do not drop items, they leave bodies on ground that can be interacted with through use of tools. (Disappear after five minutes)
- Bait can be used to slowly lure in animals nearby (Players must be hidden)
- Animals will graze on open fields & plains like areas
- Animals interact with (eat) flowers, grass & leaves
- Herbs like Mint & Catnip must be harvested with a hoe and take 10-15 Minutes to grow back
-----------------------------------
Possible Scenario
-----------------------------------
Say you're playing on a LAN server with yourself and a few buddies, and you've got a nice fort, underground mine & you're really starting to enjoy aspects of Minecraft that allow you to feel as if the game itself is endless & there's nothing you can't do. You're in your fort & you guys decide it's time to get food. Rather than going out spotting the nearest Cow and taking it down with a makeshift wooden sword (Boring). You and your friends go on a hunt, setting up snares, slowly stalking animals & dropping bait until you finally get close enough to an Elk that you've decided you want to make a move on. You creep in, aim for the head with your bow (while you stand perched in a tree) and make the shot. The animal falls and you go over with your special hunting knife to harvest the pelt. meat, bones & scraps. You return to your fort & start making use of the animal parts & preparing for your next hunt.
Thank You for reading & I hope you enjoy! I developed the idea for this plugin because I think it will really add another element to Minecraft that has yet to be explored, and it is something that I would love to see happen personally!
If you really like my idea or think of something else for me to add, please comment & diamond!

Credit | Games like AC3 & Red Dead Redemption gave me the idea for this Mod which I think would be an incredible thing to add to Minecraft. |

I'll definitely add that in.
I already think I know just how I would implement that.
+1 Diamond from me!
