I don't like fighting. A lot of people don't. When people do squabble I tend to be the one breaking things up. Both on forums such as this site, and In real life. You have to be very careful when doing this, one time I tried to stop a fist fight and got a bloody nose for my trouble. On this site when I tried to calm down a little kid, he went through all my submissions and downvoted them. The trick to it is to suggest that whatever they are argueing about is trivial, which normally brings the combatants to their senses, unless one of the squabblers is too immature to understand this, and he/she may flame you.

If you see people argueing you SHOULD:
1.Try to calm them down.
2. Try to make them see how immature they are making themselve look.
3. If all else fails, call in the mods to lock the thread.

You should NOT:
1. Try to anger them further.
2. Join in the fighting.
3. Flame them. Never flame them.
