This is a blog on how to increase your chances on becoming an operator (or staff).
1. Be Active
Show your dedication to the server. Try to be online as much as possible. Make sure people start noticing you are on and become one of those people who get half the server saying "hi" when you connect.
2. Be Helpful
Seeing someone who needs help? Try to answer there question as detailed as possible. Remember, a question is never stupid, no matter how dumb you think it may be, just answer it and make someones day!
3. Follow the rules
If you are staff you are probably going to be enforcing the rules, so following them is a good start! Remember to remind others of the rules (but try not to 'mini mod') and check them every now and again!
4. Don't abuse your powers
If you do become an operator (staff rank) remember to not abuse your powers. Do not do things like ban people for no reason, delete peoples worlds and other mean things like that
