Top 5 Most Challenging Biomes
by vDeltaGamingv
Okay, first of all, if you don't know what a biome is, it is a certain area with characteristics that make it different from everywhere else. e.g. Desert vs. Jungle.
5: Plains
Okay, Plains are obviously a little difficult, because of scarce trees, but you could probably find some by walking a bit in any direction. If a creeper somehow spawns, you'd be able to see him easily. Many mobs that supply food spawn plentiful here, so you get #5 Plains. The specific mobs you'll find here are, cows, sheep, chickens (sometimes) and pigs.
4: Forest
The Forest has plentiful amounts of trees, and some mobs. You find it easy to make starting tools here because of the trees, but creepers can spawn quite often here above Peaceful. In all respects forest, you're a bit more difficult that Plains. Specifically, pigs, sheep, and chickens spawn here, but might be hard to find. #4
3: Jungle
Jungles are enjoyable by many and used as a challenge in Survival sometimes. The trees are plentiful with wood, usually have plenty of water sources, but creepers just LOVE to spawn in Jungles for me. Jungle, you're fun and challenging. #3
2: Taiga/Snowy/Mountain
Taiga/Snowy, you're enjoyable but the snow just gets in the way for me sometimes. The wolves also cause a problem for me if I don't have a bone, but usually they leave me alone. I rarely find any hunger reducing mobs in the area, and it is tremendously hard to farm if you can't find an unfrozen source of water. Mountains, you supply no trees, but you have plenty of minerals, sometimes Wolves. Enjoyable, but more challenging. #2
1: Desert
Most challenging (for me) is the desert. They usually stretch on for a while and have nothing in them, except cacti and sand. Nearly no mobs until night, you might die from hunger before getting through a desert, unless you find a rare source of water. Useful as challenges for friends, though. #1 Interestingly wolves can spawn in deserts if the desert is next to a snowy biome. Need to investigate that.
Once again, this is based off of my opinions, you're welcome to offer your own opinions in the comments, or say why you think the order should be changed.
