Go to start click computer then network right click your router click properties then settings
Click add type your EXTERNAL IP on get this IP by googling What Is my ip no links, google will tell you
on external port number do 25565 and the internal one 25565 select TCP then click OK
this worked for
me now you have to get a server I recommend dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/bukkitgui/
because it allows you to install plugins instantly and stuff now go to server options and type your
IPv4 address and your 25565 port
