Well, the main idea is that you get a group of themes skins in one whole chunk. I do not know if you can use them as mobs. If you search, you will notice that this is just a small chunk in the huge amounts of skin packs. To reply to zagejk's statement: there really isn't a special format that PMC or anyone regulated in posting skin packs. You download the pack. Goto minecraft.net browse for the skin in your downloads and change your skin. So I really don't understand what was meant by that. I will post screenshots soon, as you suggested. I am busy working on a pvp map currently and am ver veyr busy. But I will post them when I can.
