One time a villager of a trading hall called Billager escaped with a pillager patrol, the illagers accepted him and sent hi tot he mansion to decide his future, the evokers said that he only tries to escape and stop the players, after all the process an evoker called Arch decided to teach him the magic and use his idea to raid villages easily. The process of leaning magic took Billager 7 years(Very long!) and after all this time Arch gave him an Allay to make his Totem Of Undying, the allay escaped from the totem but Billager turned it into a vex(I don't imagine how changed Billager during 7 years). The vex was called Billay(Billager conserved some of his passion for the allays.)
