EDIT: Well recently they use half and half of Dokucraft, they have other textures Israphel's cast impose on the server
First of all, Gerudoku was based on the original Doku RPG made by doku.
Dokucraft was a totally different texture pack also made by doku.
Second, the yogscast, in the shadow of israphel series, currently use a mix of Gerudoku textures, Dokucraft items and other extra ones made by their designer, Lalna.
You can check out my recreation of their texture packs at my page. They are as close as your going to get.
