Every contest i enter, i don't come close to winning.
I don't even become a finalist!!!
why is this and how can i fix it?

If it is that... it is really simple tassadar, you just need to come with an original skin idea... and more importantly learn how to shade! The first skin i shaded whas "Aqua-Sectam" (The one in your profile picture :3) And it was a finalist! i learned basically from this tutorial:

im good at shading already but im nothing compared to lordtrilobite and he lost a contest!
its not skin contests either!

well LordTrilobite was finalist in every contest he participated. And winning a contest is not really easy, you need to think that you are in a competition with people like Leostereo, the_soup and a lot of good skinners. just practice, maybe open a skin shop to practice a little bit more, try different shading technics. And make original and quality stuff!
