Well guys, I have been wondering why do people want to be staff on servers?
Being staff isn't better then being the player, being the player you can do anything, you don't need to answer questions all the time and be stressed out. If someone asks for staff they obviously have never been staff before.
This is why you shouldn't give staff to people who want it.
