In the nether i keep trying and trying to spawn a wither spider jockey instend i got two normal skeleton spider jockeys it is not fun plus i found my first nether fortress and they are huge trust me they are HUGE! well back on topic well at 1.3.2 to 1.4.7 i have seen at least 6 spider jockeys to me they are not rare but to some they are and out of 6 no wither spider jockey ;-;(sad face) good luck finding a wither spider jockey unlike me.
