Why Villagers have Big Noses
A Third-Person Story


There once was a little villager named Steven, named after the famous Player, Steve. No one knows why villagers like Steve so much, but hey, they're villagers (Meaning they're a little dumb......).
Steven, like many villagers, looked like a bald steve with green eyes and a little button nose. Although all villagers looked the same, Steven's family thought he was the most handsome villager around.
One day, when Steven was playing tag with his friends, he was "it". He chased all of his friends around the village. Without looking, he accidentally ran into a wall. His friends gathered around him, watching him as he lay on the ground. As the village ambulance came to pick him up, his friends went to tell his family.
"Steven's parents! Steven's sister!" they cried with fear. "S-Steven was playing tag w-with us a-and he hit his head on a wall!"
His family quickly rushed to the hospital.
"How is he, Doc?" Steven's mom said to the doctor.
"Well, the only injury was his nose. His nose swelled up dramatically, like as if he were Squidward. We haven't seen this before, but it doesn't look too serious."
"Oh, thank Notch! Doc, if possible, can we see him?" his mom asked.
"Let me talk to the nurse, and I'll be right back with you."
Steven's family sat in the waiting room for at least an hour before,
"Mr. and Mrs. Cos? You may see your son now."
"Hey, Ma! Hey, Pa! Hey, Susie! I feel great!" Steven said as he ran around the room with toy planes. "Wanna play with me, Susie?"
"Sure!"
"Your son does claim he feels 100% better. You should be able to take him back home now."
"Thank you, Doc! We appreciate your help!"
"The only problem with his newly enlarged nose is that it can be transferred to his kids, and his kid's kids, etc."
"So it's in his genetics now?"
"Exactly. But don't worry. Everyone will get used to it sometime. You have a good day now!"
