The seed is apricate

You can use this seed to start near a desrt and snow in Minecraft 1.9 pre 4.

You can find wolves in any seed as long as theres a forest

There's another seed for quick and easy wolfs, its 1.9ftw

It spawns you near several packs of 3 or 4 untamed wolfs.

in all my worlds with this seed i found the wolfs at same place
