Throw a stonecutter at a minecart to turn it into a block breaker. Block breakers will break the blocks above them if they go over a powered activator rail. They can break any block apart from unbreakable blocks, obsidian, and liquids.

is there a way to nerf this? it feels way to op because all you need is redstone to auto break blocks

Like it breaks the one block above it, not sure how OP you can get.
