Complex Economy replaces the emerald-based villager economy with one that uses iron and gold as currency.
Features
Functional Currency. Coins are represented by iron and gold nuggets and can be used as their base material when needed.
Economy Overhaul. All game item values have been recalculated based on the iron nugget as the smallest currency item. Item values are directly related to the materials and work required to craft/collect them.
Professional Titles. Villagers are given titles based on their workstation. Titles change color as villagers increase in level. (Journeyman, Expert, Master).
Expanded Offers. Villagers offer services along with their standard trades, cooking food, smelting ore, and sharpening weapons.
Updating Traders. Villagers reroll their trade inventory each morning, removing the need to scum villager spawns.
More Crafting Recipes. Additional items: Bell, Chainmail, Gunpowder, Heart of the Sea, Horse Armor, Nametag, Saddle, String, Trident. Grind cobblestone into gravel, and gravel into sand, at the stonecutter. Melt gravel into flint in the blast furnace.
Author's Note
This data pack is designed to add options for play. It allows iron and gold to be gathered in a wide variety of ways and provides diamond-tier equipment at upper merchant levels. An added benefit of this system is that multiple players can live in close proximity without having to compete for important resources; it's perfect for a friendly private server.

Would you happen to have trade values in an easy-to-read format so I can base my world's shops on these trade values? Thanks!
The first tab is a list of the assigned villager trades. The second through fifth tabs establish the currency value and the markup for crafting actions and enchantment rarity. The remaining tabs list the calculated values for items, sorted by type.
What you want is the Base Value column. Those numbers are unrounded iron nugget values.
Complex Economy Price Data
Edit: Realized a more readable list of prices could be useful and I'll be creating that soon.
Not sure if you meant to lock the excel sheet behind "requests only." So I submitted a request to view the document.
