Have you ever seen copy paste mod of java edition. In this mod you can copy any block and paste it anywhere even chest with loots. So I made a bedrock version of that mod. So lets know about it.
In this addon you have to craft a copy paste wand. It is crafted by 2 iron nuggets and 1 stick.
As you can see the recipe.
You can also get it by the following command.
/give @p tfz:copypaste
Now you must wondering how to use it so i will tell you.
First of all sneak(crouch or sit) and tap right click or place button to copy. You will get notified what is copied. Check this gif.(Sorry low battery)
Check the chat section. It says "copied minecraft:diamond_block".
Now next step is stand and tap anywhere to paste. Check this gif.(again sorry for low battery).
As you can see it works as well you want.
Check some more gifs for clarification.
Now one more time listen that you have to sit for copieng and stand for pasting.
This addon is not made by any kind of software. I self-coded this addon with code editor android app.

Notes
- It is not arrow but uses it texture.
- It cannot be used as arrow.
- Well copied blocks are saved until you copy other or close your world.
- I have tested it in 1.19.50 i have no idea that it will work in older version. But i am sure that it will work on some newer versions.
- You need to turn on these experiments to make the addon work.
