To use this datapack first download it and put it into the datapack folder of your world. Once you do that you can use it by placing an armor stand down in a 2 deep hole and renaming it to "cow" with a name tag. If you do this correctly the armor stand will become smaller and summon a cow above it. You can now place a block above the armor stand to hide it. Whenever a player kills the cow one XP level will be taking away. when the player has no more XP levels the cow won't respawn. In order to get the cow to respawn again just get more XP (It doesn't need to be form Bottle o' Enchanting). Video.
