Yes Now with this datapack you can craft command blocks and Debug Sticks

I found a datapack made by Talon2863 that makes you able to do barrier ect and makes command block usable in survival mode so you can use it : https://www.planetminecraft.com/data-pack/command-block-survival-datapack-singleplayer/

You cannot use either, unless you are in creative. You might as well just include a gamemode switcher instead.

It would be a little more useful if players could use them lol

Only creative players can interact with command blocks (place / open), and I guess debug stick has same kind of restrictions...

Also, when you're about to post recipe-only packs, please think about it twice, because as these take like 15 minutes to make, there is a lot of recipe-pack overposting on datapacks lists
