This recipe was just created to solve the stress of taking hours to find a single Elytra, and simply having one become worn out to a point of being non-repairable. This is also useful for Multiplayer, making it so more players could have access to an Elytra.
Installation:
  1.) Open Minecraft and go to the singleplayer world you want to add this to.
  2.) Select Edit then Open World Folder.
  3.) Open the datapacks folder Ex.) "saves\My World\datapacks".
  4.) Install and extract the datapack there.
  5.) Start up the world, Open to LAN, Allow Cheats: ON, then type "/reload" in the chat.
  6.) Type "/datapack list" to see if the datapack loaded in.
  7.) Enjoy~
