I just uploaded a little Datapack to let you craft experience Bottles ;)
Just drag and drop the zip file into your game when creating a world and you are done
(in 1.13 - 1.15 you have to open the world-folder to manage datapacks)

I hope you have fun with the Datapack :)
And I would be happy if you would give me a diamond (I would take a cookie too :D)
