Continuing the elemental theme from Dendro Shaman, a Cryomancer is capable of freezing their enemies to death and taking over their life. When fighting on their homeland - cold forests - their skills can destroy even an armored player in a matter of seconds. It may be slightly OP, though the fact you can't really visit hot biomes compensates for this.
Positives ✅
- Frozen Tomb: Once every 30 minutes -> Upon receiving a fatal hit, you will regenerate health until you recover all 10 hearts and encase yourself in a cage of ice.
- Natural Flow: You can phase through ice blocks.
- Elemental Coolant: You cannot burn in cold biomes.
- Cryo-Shock: Anything that hits you will be pulled down if it was flying.
- Cold Shield: You will receive Resistance I in biomes that aren't hot.
Neutrals ⚙️
- Biome Flux: Your damage-dealing skill will deal +4 damage in cold biomes, but -4 in hot biomes.
- Cryo Element: Ice Snap (see later) will apply Cryo on-hit, instantly causing a reaction with certain environmental hazards/places.
- ⚡️Superconduct: When an entity is near redstone dust, a random armor piece will take heavy damage.
- 🔥 Extinguish: When an entity is on a fire block, it'll extinguish all fire in a small area.
- ❄️Frozen: When an entity is in water, it'll be frozen for a few seconds.
Skills ❄️
- Ice Snap (Primary): Create a small explosion of ice shards exactly 5 blocks away, dealing medium damage to enemies around it. Applies Cryo. (For this power to have a proper death message, the resource pack is necessary!)
- Cryopreserve (Secondary): Shoot a cube of icy energy that will grant Frozen Tomb's effects for 3 seconds to the first player who picks it up.
- Soul Command (Save & Load Hotbar): Press Save Hotbar to link an entity to yourself. Press Load Hotbar to designate a spot where it will be pulled to.
Cons ❌
- Frozen Hearts: You only have 5 max hearts.
- Melting: Gain Wither I in hot biomes.
- Heat Waves: Blazes and magma cubes, being creatures of pure fire, deal more damage to you.
