Get yourself an "Idol of Everfrost"
Drop 4 packed ice, 8 blue ice, 3 regular ice and a Nether Star on an anvil
-= Summoning =-
Construct an iron golem but with blue ice instead of iron blocks and an "Idol of Everfrost" instead of a pumpkin. (To place down the idol, shift + drop it on an armor stand)

You are using instant damage. That type of damage ignores armor and resistance.
The boss shoots you huge amounts of ice, 3 hearts of instant damage each one, destroying you quickly regardless of your armor, so, your boss is pretty much unkilleable in survival mode. (Needed netherite armor and 64 Notch apples)
Also, I was a little bit confused with the abilities. Ice is looping around him, he shoots you that ice, and what more? There is no information in the Datapack neither the resourcepack
And last, the reward item has no use. At least I didn't found any effect on it. Is it just a trophy?
The boss looks great! Good model and animations, but confusing and unbalanced gameplay
