To get the Blue Rose you need to give your Diamond Sword 5 Netherite Block and 1 Blue Ice.
When you holding Blue Rose while standing on ice you will get speed boots 3 and jump boots 3.When you Press Q when you holding Blue Rose you will create a ice path at the direction you are looking at. Also when there is a mob when you are creating the ice path. The ice path will bloom and freeze the mobs.
