    To get the Thunder Piercer you need to give your golden Sword 5 Netherite Block and 1lighting rod. When you press Q with the Thunder Piercer you will start a Thunder Storm. After 5 seconds lighting will strike every mobs around except the player holding Thunder Piercer. You can end the Thunder Storm by press Q again. Also when you attack with the Thunder Piercer it will do a lighting strike.

    The texture pack requires OptiFine, which can be downloaded here:

    But the datapack is ok to not have the texture pack on

    How to stop this? I accidently triggered the thunderstorm and I deleted the sword with creative in attempt to stop it. How to stop this with comamnds?

    You can end the Thunder Storm by press Q again.

    Hey I was just looking over the post and noticed that you said the resourcepack needs optifine, but 1.14 added quite a nice way of adding custom models (3d models or 2d textures) to items which doesn't require optifine called CustomModelData. Are you aware of this method and just chose not to use it or did you not know it existed yet? (In which case I could give a slightly longer explanation to how the non-optifine method works if you want :P)
