I built an elevator. Unfortunately I dismantled the signs and the command block. Now I can no longer remove the lift. Please help me. Thanks!

You can use the command /kill @e[tag=celev]
This should remove all the elevator entities.

You can also replace the elevator structure exactly where it was before and use the sign to remove it.

Awesome datapack! We're using it in a big tower on our server -- currently 19 floors.

One of my friends keeps lagging through the elevator floor, and I thought perhaps I could remove the blocks at the very bottom of the shaft and put water there. Could you please tell me how to edit the layout to accomplish that? I see .nbt files in the structures folder but I don't know how to edit them.

You can load, edit and then save the structures inside the game with structure blocks, but I think that you can just break the floor blocks in the shaft in place water there
