    add an NBT to detect blue bannered shields and blue fireworks, then maybe also add execute at @e[​type=squid] if entity @e[​type=player,distance..2] run kill @e[​type=player] , with this now the player cant hold or touch blue entities,



    you can even use it on ground eneties like blue items @e[​type=item,nbt= "minecraft item that is blue"]
