I made all chains electric. If you touch one, you will receive damage and be knocked back. Wearing leather boots will remove all effects except the sparks. Wearing any iron armor will deal more damage, as iron conducts electricity.

Note: this only works on players. Not recommended for multiplayer.

Update V1.1:
- The more Iron Armor you wear, the more damage you take.
- When using "/function electric:heal", the action bar displays "Healing"

I looked at the code again to make multiplayer work, but I wasn't a very skilled coder when I wrote this and it's fairly beyond repair. I'll have to remake it from scratch. Might take a while

Can you make it works with mobs too?

Since I don't want those stupid creepers to blew up my house, spiders climbing them, and zombies approaching me from my house.

I might come out with a v2, but I would need to rewrite a lot of code because otherwise it teleports all entities to the same location.
