This datapack Clears any minecarts without any passengers so that you don't give up on the game, once your pesky friends leave their carts on the rail line !

The default time for clearing the empty minecarts is 10 real life seconds, so that you can grab your minecart before its gone ! (But you can change it, by the time in "load.mcfunction" and "run.mcfunction" file !)

Also, This datapack won't bother your other Minecarts. Eg- minecart with chest, minecart with hopper, etc.
