so again i say that this is actually meant to go to make an acces to the end in your base after you have already gone to the end(or you can cheat your way out making the dragon alive as in making a dragon breadth farm)

Why is the Dragon Head used in the crafting recipe? We can't obtain the Dragon Head without going to End Cities.

so this is meant for putting in your base the end portal after end game So you dont have to travel 1000 mabe 10000 blocks to get to the end again

I don't know much about making datapacks, but maybe spawn an armorstand within every end portal frame, and when the armorstand breaks, it changes the portal frame block to air and drops a portal frame item. just a thought.

Way too op. You can get multiple Dragon heads in survival. You can change it with Dragon Egg, you can only get a single one in your world.
