A simple data-pack that allows for the picking up of end portal frames and remove end portals entirely.

Place an iron block above the centre of the portal frame and then throw a gold ingot on top.

If you place the iron block off-centre and throw the gold ontop, it will not remove the entire portal.

To break a single frame, throw a pair of shears on top of the end portal frame to drop it into an item with the pair of shears breaking in the process.

Does it pick up both filled and unfilled frames? Also, does it destroy an active end portal if you remove a block?

It does remove both types of frames yes, however it does not remove nearby end portal blocks.
EDIT: I have updated the datapack, adding the ability to remove the entire portal including the active portal blocks.
