## Enhanced dispenser

Dispensers now place block when powered by a redstone signal.
If therer is already a block where the dispenser should have placed the block, nothing happens.

Dispenser can now also plant any crops as long as the dispenser is directly facing a block on which the plant can grow:
bamboo
carrot
potato
wheat_seeds
beetroot_seeds
crimson_fungus
warped_fungus
nether_wart
red_mushroom
brown_mushroom
sweet_berries
sapplings
azalea
chorus_flower
chorus_plant
cocoa beans

For crop planting, if the player is too close to the the dispenser when activating, it can cause the crop to not plant and go to your inventory instead.

The overall pack can be made with way less functions, using tags and predicate (it could even be lighter for the server/solo world) but I was lazy and generate everything with a python script.

You can edit the python script as you wish to make it more efficient, add blocks, remove block ect...
