    How to install Minecraft Data Packs

    This data package adds a ring with which you can fly with the right mouse button. They fall slowly when you have it in your main hand. So do not worry that you hit the ground. Drop four gold bars and two feathers to the ground.

    If you need a cheap aviation item, this data package is just right for you!

    To install, unzip the file and move "Flight Ring (Resource) .zip" to the "resourcepack" and "Fight Ring (Data) .zip" folders in the data folder of the world. where you want to use it. Enter the command "/function ring:setup" once.

    It's just a small addition. Have fun! ;-)

    YES, It works in my 1.14 world, but it doesn't work cooperatively with my other datapacks. Perhaps use the CustomModelData feature to make the ring a separate item instead of damage.

    This datapack should still working in 1.14, but it do not use any of the new 1.14 mechanics. I will update it in the futur.

    Is there any chance you could make a version of this that uses fuel? Like redstone or charcoal or something and maybe make it usuable in the offhand? It would be super usefull for building and would add some balance to it

    Yes, maybe, but I'm not sure if the ring needs to be balanced. Maybe as an on and off switchable feature. I'm thinking about it.

    If you mean with "fork" a remake: Yes, aslong you gave me credit. It do not make much sense for me that the player go up when he shift (Is in my opinion down.), but if you like do it! This was just my first datapack, more a test than a real creation.

    This is too OP. The game only lets you fly with an elytra AFTER the game ends, I sugest you need a fully repared elytra with the current "recipe".
