I MADE ANOTHER DATA PACK !!!

Hey everyone, for this data pack I added goat horns. In the 1.17 latest snapshots, the Goats are... useless. They are just there sitting in the mountains without any special drops. Although I believe there will be some new drops added to them in the OFFICIAL versions of the game, let's not wait and have them now ! So that's where I got this idea.

First, the goat horn is an item that only drops from Goats. It doesn't have a specific drop chance, but it's not high or low as well. When you right click it in your hand, it will play the pillager raid attack sound that goes like this:

And if there are any entities (hostile or peaceful mobs, other players) They will get the confusion effect, which will make them turn around crazy, and can stop others from attacking you for you to run away if needed.

(the effect concept was inspired by longbeak since I didn't have any ideas to what effect I should add so thanks to him !)

Finally, for a few last features, after using the horn a tick cooldown will occur. That means, you'll have to wait about 1200 ticks (which is not THAT much for those wondering).
