It's a good idea, but here's the problem. Nautilus Shells are hard to get. It's 0.8% to fish, 1.2% with Luck of the Sea 1, 1.5% with LotS 2, and 1.9% with LotS 3. It's also a 3% chance drop chance for drowns, which increases with the looting chance. You also have to Kill a Wither to craft this. The Sea lanterns are fine.



Now those 2 things wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't for the fact that I can find 5 Heart of the Seas within an hour. Making this whole recipe pointless. All you have to do is explore the ocean find a sunken ship and get a treasure map and follow the treasure map for the buried treasure which has a 100% chance to have a Heart of the Sea in it.

I looked at your other datapacks you made and they are all reasonable and you did a great job on those, but this one is just too expensive for something that's really easy to acquire.
