Wool To String (And Back!) [1.14.4]
This is a little data-pack that adds in recipe's for turning Any Color Of wool into x4 String, as well as turning x4 String into a block of White Wool.
I kept looking into a mod for this but always found out-dated stuff. I figured I could save someone some time by making this little Data Pack alongside the use of this nifty tool by TheDestruc7i0n
If you don't want to go through the effort of making recipes for every color of wool, nab this.
How to use
1.- In your saves menu, select the world you want to add this into and hit "Edit" below the play button.
2.- In the world's edit Options, hit "Open world folder", which will open up a file explorer showing that world's files.
3.- Open the "datapacks" folder in the world's files.
4.- Drag and Drop (or Copy and paste) The folder "wool_to_string" from the zip file into the datapacks folder.
5.- Finally, Go make some string.
The tool mentioned above is entirely at credit for making this possible. I'm just trying to save some people a lot of google searches and like 25 minutes to make it themselves.
Also, I know rules say submissions can't use tools too much. If this post isn't welcome, go ahead and remove it. Just trying to give people a shortcut is all :)
