Finally, drop the Empty Infinity Gauntlet on the ground with these items:

-Wither Skeleton Skull
-Bottle o' Enchanting

With the Infinity Gauntlet in your offhand, you should see a thing called Infinity Gauntlet Energy. Spending Gauntlet Energy is how you use abilities.
Hotbar Slot 1: Right click creates an Infinity Shield for 100 Energy that makes those within the shield Invulnerable and kills most projectiles. Shifting enables Snap which kills half of all current existing mobs.

Hotbar Slot 4: Right click to fire a Reality Beam for 150 Energy that permanently withers up to one enemy. Shifting activates Matter Manipulation, which makes a obsidian wall in front of you and grants invisibility for 200 Energy.
Hotbar Slot 5: Right click to fire a Soul Beam for 75 Energy that deals damage. Shifting activates Soul Manipulation, which allows you to control the nearest mob for 200 Energy.
Hotbar Slot 6: Right click will Skip Time for 100 Energy, granting speed and haste and skipping the time of day. Shifting enables Time Stop, which Poisons and stops all enemies nearby for 400 Energy.
Hotbar Slot 7: Right click will fire a Hostility Beam that makes mobs hit instantly hostile to all mobs. Shifting activates Hostility Radius, which makes all nearby mobs hostile and grants you invisibility for 400 Energy.
